The dance of French hip-hop legends: Yugson Hawks, Dedson, Physs, Tijo Aimé, Meech de France, Joseph Go, Fabbreezy, Tip Top, Paul Ereck
Hailing from different crews – Wanted Posse, Serial Steppers, Choream, Section C, Ghetto Style, KNYX, Ykanji, Unité, Mission Impossible, Otrip House, O’posse, Créateur Unique – the members of Artizans are both pioneers and iconic figures of hip-hop dance, now united under a single banner to celebrate what unites the language of hip-hop.
Through their encounters, whether on stage or at parties, their paths have often crossed, opening a dialogue across time and creating the opportunity to work together to find ways to better showcase their respective styles, their complex legacies and the informal memory of the steps that fuel their dancing.
Together, they invite us to revisit history, to revive the effervescence of an era, to rekindle the spirit of the past and bring it into dialogue with the present.
A unique artistic initiative to cherish our collective heritage, honour its essence and pass it on to new generations who, in turn, will bring it to life and share it.
