He has developed a multidisciplinary approach to dance, where his interests intersect with various artistic practices. Starting with traditional Haitian dances and hip-hop, his artistic sensibility led him to go beyond his relationship with movement, ultimately giving rise to an emancipated, communicative form of dance. Having received no formal musical training, his approach to the piano evolves toward an essential connection where sound frequencies are calibrated into a multitude of hues. As he seeks to refine his vision and hearing, his work at the piano is guided by an awareness of the body’s movement and explores his melancholy in a minimalist and meticulous manner. Alongside his own work, he collaborates with artists and choreographers such as Emmanuel Eggermont on the piece *Polis* and Boris Charmatz on *20 danseurs pour le XX siècle* and *La Ruée*. Together with artist Inès Mauricio, he founded the Galerie Mauricio Bergile, a space in Lorient that hosts multidisciplinary exhibitions, workshops, and performances dedicated to advancing the interests of dance with the aim of liberating it.
