Afastado Em — Johanna Faye
On tour
Within a continuing expediting society that cares about the contemporary viewing of images, Johanna Faye presses pause and proposes, in Afastado Em creation, a time-wrap where three different women continuously go alone and together. Inspired by physical techniques related to video effects such as slow motion, zoom or rewind, this feminine trio invite you to a disturbing travel. Frontier lines become porous or even fade so as to reveal this universal place where women try to move away from its core condition with awareness.
