R1R2 Start

R1R2 Start – whose title is inspired by one of the many possible combinations of the analogue sticks on a games controller – offers a journey into a universe where language, born from the meeting of 0 and 1, has given rise to a global cultural phenomenon. In R1R2 Start, the real world and virtual worlds from different eras come together on stage, retracing 30 years of popular culture stemming from the world of video games, where iconic characters from geek culture are playfully reimagined.
